It was important to know where the product is within the our production schedule. Cons: When changing the titles of group catagories, any items within the old name would be lost and they had to be re-catagorized. Cons: The software took so much time to load some times, whether can be loading the floor plan, panel detail or even taking photos. My staff can update their work at the end on each day onto Matrak. This saves me so much time! This is also seen by the client, this saves him time also. No longer is there a dispute in our monthly progress claims as the proof of works is on Matrak! Cons: It has become pretty easy to use. A good thing for us tradies.
