The fact that the shipper also has visiting to all the shipments streamlines the entire shipping process. #### Cons The initial user experience could be more intuitive. One you learn to use it, it is a great system. No incentive was offered Very poor, the product feels as though it was designed by Devs inexperienced with the transportation industry and lacks automation in many areas where it should be an obvious. The amount of money spent on customizing/making this software work is astronomical. When you submit a ticket for support, at times you will receive a request for 8 hours of "Discovery", followed by a 50 hour billable quote.
