The notifications to the customer are also great, customers have peace of mind being able to see when to expect their delivery. The support team is very attentive and quick to respond and actually knowledgeable enough to help troubleshoot issues when they arise. Cons: Drivers often default to calling us directly instead of dispatch support. It's preferable when support is the first point of contact to minimize our administrative time. Reasons for switching to Metrobi Roadie drivers were unreliable. Roadie didn't allow me to batch my deliveries.
