Revolutionary Limo Software

I started using Moovs as a beta user while using my old software system simultaneously. The entire team has been incredibly receptive to suggestions for fixing bugs, while proactively soliciting input for new features. It has been rewarding to make a suggestion and see it integrated within the system only weeks later. I have had regular contact with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as well as software developers. They are genuinely interested in making the best software application that the transportation industry has ever seen. I have made the transition to use Moovs exclusive and do not regret the decision to make the transition. They are a modern tool developed for the modern transportation company. I look forward to using Moovs to help grow my business.

Pros

Moovs was built from the ground up and is completely rethinking the workflow from quote generation to reservation booking through customer billing. The system uses an intuitive modern interface for both back-end administrators as well as customers on the front-end. The product continues to grow and become more and more powerful every week. As a small business owner/operator, my office is wherever I am. I love the fact that I can answer the phone call for a prospective new client while waiting for an incoming aircraft and be able to set up the quote from my iPad in seconds. I have used another product that does not work as well on an iPad and takes longer to get to the quote phase.

Cons

It is hard to say anything that I like least about Moovs. I understood while signing up to be a beta user that there might be bugs. There were, however, the development team very eagerly asked for feedback and quickly fixed any issues brought to their attention.

Reasons for Switching to Moovs

I made the decision to switch from Limo Anywhere to be part of a new system that is modernizing the private transportation industry. While Limo Anywhere was certainly functional and met our needs, it is antiquated and overblown for my small business. They were not receptive to suggestions for improvement.

Easily Quote, Dispatch and Invoice trips

My overall experience with the Moovs team has been note worthy. Customer service is awesome. Using this software I have consolidated my communication, scheduling, billing and payment tasks. The automated rate quotes saves my time having to map the route and apply fares. Everything is at my fingertips from the application. I should also mention the flight tracking feature. This allows me to watch my passenger’s flights and arrive early so they don’t have to wait on me.

Pros

The design of the desktop and customer widget is simple and logical. From my desktop, tablet or iPhone I find that creating quotes, making reservations and billing customers very easy. The branded customer widget allows my clients an efficient way to schedule their trips knowing that they are communicating with me and not someone else. I also like the fact that this software resides in the cloud. There is no software to download or update on my devices.

Cons

There’s room for improvements with customization of extra charges that can be automatically attached to specific transfer types. Right now these need to be added manually.

An extension of our team

Exceptional. They are driven to create and supply and continue to improve an outstanding reservation and ride management platform while supporting small operators. The function is terrific, their service unparalleled.

Pros

Being a new company in private transportation (limousine style of transportation), and pushing the envelope in our niche it is on another level to have the service and support that Moovs offers. They are frequently releasing updates to improve features, sending out tutorial videos on how to use improvements, and receptive of feedback or 'how do you suggest we do...' types of questions - which they always have an option for now, and an improvement on the board for future releases. They truly are an extension of our team. They often ask if we can give them feedback on function and visual appeal of what they are working on, which is amazing to be valued as part of their team, too.

Cons

They have a bit of a redesign rolling out soon that is going to fix some of the items that are a little difficult to navigate at the moment, or take multiple clicks or screens to get to, but that is going to be fixed.

We selected Moovs because they were new and nimble. They wanted to be better than others, they saw problems in older systems and they heard what we were wanting, they have a tight team that relate to what we are trying to accomplish, they have a modern aesthetic that matches our brand, too.
