Rarely any issues or bugs. Easy to use and learn. I feel like its a quick, secure, easy platform for my work needs. We have a paid subscription and I feel that it is a great value. #### Cons I wish we had more options for addresses to save in our account. We do several blind shipments that this feature would be helpful with. The integration is a feature that needs improving. The software is very user friendly for our warehouse employees and simple to intergrate into our daily processes. It has enabled us as a distributor to create an entirely new freight program and manager all of our inbound traffic from our vendors. This has led to cost savings and more efficient receiving processes. I don't know if this is a specific carrier issue or an issue of the My Carrier Software.
