Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

For my particular area of work, inventory management is great and is better than its competitors.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have reduced late deliveries and pricing issues as well as the purchasing agents ability to work with any of our plants since all the information is contained in SourceDay.

I am a current user of Source day and of all the data bases I work in, this one is in the top running for best data base.

It was designed with the end user in mind rather than just a concept. Many software platforms have great potential but lack the friendly user interface experience.

SourceDay offered more control over metrics than our MRP system. It has the best metrics for my use in quality analysis.

Reading the history of what happened with a line can be confusing at times, but at lease we can see the history.

We are still trying to figure out how to use PO Exceptions and has turned into more of a headache than anything else but SD is working on it.

We are scored on our on time or late deliveries. Due to the ease of this system we have achieved consistently good scores.

Very User friendly, User Guide is very helpful, Support is always available and responds in a timely manner.

Unfortunately a lot of our shipments are partials or have specific instructions.

Easy to use system and customer service is great. I do receive a lot of really good feedback from vendors as well so I know the majority of them like it as well.

Several years ago, other sections of our network were compromised and several of our vendors kept asking when SourceDay would be available again. Sorry, can't find any cons.

It's clean, precise, easy to use. I have never had an issue.

Amazing to see cut down in back and forth communication with our vendors on things such as price or date updates. User friendly and has a good UI experience, i.e. it's easy to navigate.

If there was something to point out it would be the delay between screens sometimes.

The best thing about SourceDay is their willingness to incorporate your suggestions into the product which helps us as well as making it available for other companies.

Easy on-boarding, quick response time from our account manager, accumulated purchase order history in a centralized file opposed to individual email files are many of the pros in using SourceDay.

The support team at SourceDay is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and also responsive.

Netsuite vendor integration. Inability to split shipments by location.

It is extremely easy to use and makes tracking price and delivery seamless. The installation is quick and only a small install is needed on an IIS server.

POs disappearing from SourceDay (for instance PO_GLO_2114 was in Sourceday back in July, and has now disappeared). Inability to sync the RFQ to NetSuite purchase contracts.
