Very easy to use and gives visibility on important information.

Very easy to use, information in the right spots and easy to navigate and find what you need. If any issue or help is needed, customer service is very good and sorts problems very quickly.

Pros:

Stock report feature is the most useful and most used for me. I couldn't do my stock management without it.

Cons:

Sometimes the automatic refresh can be frustrating but I have got used to it so doesn't bother me as much.

Could do with improving time when logging back on scanner.

Easy to use, Free Move is an asset for the Warehouse FLT Operators.

Cons:

Scanner guns have to wait 2 minutes when scanner goes down, also at times free move does not always go through system.

We can rest assured knowing our inventory is under control thanks to the system's transparent and user-friendly design. They're incredibly flexible, adapting Newline's WMS to meet our unique requirements without a hitch. Plus, their expertise in the system ensures we get the most out of its features, keeping our stock perfectly tracked and organized.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really - we wanted to use the WMS on a small laptop and some pages didn't quite have enough space. However, Newline have listened and already fixed that issue.

Newline have worked with us for over 12 years making our WMS bespoke to ours and our customers requirement, but without over complicating goods receipts, despatches & stock movements.If we do have any issues, they are looked into and sorted within a few hours and nothing is ever any trouble.

Cons:

There is nothing that we can think of that falls into this category.

Pros:

The WMS software is not limited and can be changed to suite any business, it is very easy to use and has features that many other software packages do not have, I have always felt confident that whatever we want to develop Newline will be there to assist in every step of the way.

Cons:

I have not seen any other software WMS package that would suite our needs, Newline are a small company but have big ideas and excellent customer service.

Pros:

Newline giving great experience for us. Easy for us to manage warehouse very efficiently. We can track the order, stock availability, create labels and processed the order using the single application. There are lots of customisation in the app that we can do as per the taste. It works very efficiently and flawlessly with CRM without any lag.

Cons:

Costing is my concern because according to me it is costly for startup or small business. But it gives lots of features in this segment.

being a cloud based system means no servers or database for me to manage and support. All reports can be downloaded to CSV or PDF which is great for me and my customers. Its low cost and does exactly what I need easily. Customer support is brilliant very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Cons:

not really a con as there is a lot of data to be displayed, but best used on a 24" or above monitor as some reports do not display well on smaller devices

It is very easy to use, the parts I know and i can navigate round it quite easily.

Cons:

I don't know where the manuals would be to find out all the functions of the WMS

We have moved away from paper manuals but a "help & support" function is available while using the WMS on most screens and is constantly being added to by the team. if you see a light bulb icon on a screen this also shows you help and features.
