A contract management module can be used to manage documents related to contracts and notify users of upcoming contract expirations. NextBuy’s reporting module allows users to see average savings per product, open orders, price deviations and spend forecasts over a 30- or 60-day period.
NextBuy is a cloud-based system that is priced according to the number of users on a license. Billing is on an annual or monthly basis.
