Ease of use, the software is easy to navigate through.

It was also nice to learn that they were deploying OrderTime as an online version after years of the in house NumberCruncher software. Then, it made sense why they were so good at everything.

We essentially have an ERP - MRP solution at a fraction of the cost when compared to other mid-level solutions. The customer service form NumberCruncher is great too.

Ease of use, cloud based. Easy to integrate with other software.

We are in the process of going through Order Time trying to figure out what is missing from what we are using in All Orders. We don't really like the limited ways of creating forms.

We create a lot of assemblies (Bill of Materials) and this program makes the process easy. Their documentation and customer support has been phenomenal.

We love the fact that our inventory has really been on point with this software.

Inability to integrate with Amazon seller central.

Once you have an understanding of the product, it is very easy to use. Great support from 1st day until now.

The ability of this program to allow us to build assemblies and kits was our #1 requirement and Order Time does that fabulously.

The integration to Quickbooks gives our business a comprehensive business and business management solution.

My experience with this program has been a great one. If your looking for a program in which you need it to do what your business can't find in other programs, this is it.

Currently when something is changed it's based on the date the transaction was created, but if you go back to edit that transaction there is no update to the date.

Some concepts were difficult in the beginning but after repeated use they all made sense.

The UI is really great and the support is really awesome.

The ability to scan in copies of invoices, packing slips and other paperwork to share across the company has make a huge difference in time and storage.

The sales and purchase order entry is a breeze and the user interface is very intuitive and rich with hyperlinks. I highly recommend signing up for a free trial and predict you will quickly subscribe.

That being said, no program has a resolution for ever problem if that problem has never surfaced before. However, the Order Time team of experts are always there to figure out how to fix it.

With the ability to synchronize our transactions with QB, it has made our operations run smoother. Thank you, Order Time team, for your unconditional support and always been there for us.

I love how easy OrderTime is to use, and if I come across any issues it is fixed within the hour.

Our company has unique products to each customer and the forms make it difficult to add all the information we need.

It never worked properly in that time, reports we were promised would be available never were, support was terrible.

Ease of use and functionality. A seamless front end software to run a manufacturing or distribution company while using QuickBooks as your back end.

Some of the reporting can be confusing to setup for custom output.

The problem was, it’s not until you actually start using these programs that you find out how poorly they work with QBO.

Extremely user friendly and it’s ability to integrate with Quickbooks.

The software is user friendly, looks professional, has lots of functionality that can be customized to your business needs. Their customer service and onboarding team is great too.

The item-vendor association is a real plus where we can link multiple vendors to a single item and save each vendor's cost and other info.

The software is easy to use and the approval process is very easy. Being able to see the status of PO's is also very nice.

Well, on the few times my internet has been down I couldn't access my account because it's all internet based. That's only a problem for me due to my rural location.

Very affordable and easy to use. It allows you to keep track of everything , even when you are extremely  busy.

My favorite aspect of this software is the ability to export the reports that I create into an excel sheet.

I used this software for my daughters birthday gifts and it was a big help in keeping and organizing my budgeting. If your purchase is approved it sends it right to that vendor to get the order in.

OfficeWise is pretty easy to use, even if you aren't familiar with their UI. Everything is in the right place and has solid basic functionality.

I started its easy and user freindly free trial customer service is great , affordable purchase orders invoices, you can create your own dates i think its very valued system.

I use it often and really enjoy using it. Fun to use to easy to run to generate po numbers purchase order numbers and so easy to use that it is amazing.

This is the only thing that's not correctable. And in learning and making mistakes, I've had this nightmare more than once.

Cant  run old web browsers with. Had some problem with working with older web browsers that some employees had.

Spendwise made it easy on eliminating unnecessary costs and making better decisions. It stores all of your data at one place securely where you can access it from anywhere at any time.

Overall experience has indeed been wonderful, highly recommended for procurement teams in multiple sectors.

I like the most is handle all invoices of our customers so i can retrieve it easily. Great to in basic accounting works.

I love how simple this software is to set up and to use. Customer service was great aw well which is always a great feature.

The click button is very small and hard to see.

Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes difficult to navigate through the new changes. With a lack of manual or training, updates can take time to get used to.

It's difficult to correct a mistake on an item once it's entered. Also having to approve an order that you personally ordered seems redundant.

I thought that the layout was very difficult to follow. The customer service was horrible.
