Along with that other features like digital and electronic signature comes quite handy at times. I don't like how I cannot ask the SME's/Experts assigned to me for help with the unique conga tools we use, and that they push methods that spend a lot of money- "just buy an annual subscription and we'll build it for you!". No thanks.
