The software is easy to use and the approval process is very easy. Being able to see the status of PO's is also very nice.

Well, on the few times my internet has been down I couldn't access my account because it's all internet based. That's only a problem for me due to my rural location.

Cant  run old web browsers with. Had some problem with working with older web browsers that some employees had.

Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes difficult to navigate through the new changes. With a lack of manual or training, updates can take time to get used to.

It's difficult to correct a mistake on an item once it's entered. Also having to approve an order that you personally ordered seems redundant.

I thought that the layout was very difficult to follow. The customer service was horrible.

The app is intuitive and with a nice design, I liked that I didn’t used my own money because the company card was added to the app.

Spendesk is very easy to use and at an affordable price point. Since it is cloud-based, I can access it from any computer, at home or the office.

The customer support level is the best I've ever seen, and they are constantly adding new features and improving the existing ones.
