So positive! Rep is my life line with the software, and it eases the pain of procurement for a 90+ location company.

PROS

The customer service that comes along with this software is truly its best asset. However, software wise, it's very easy to add/delete/audit/organize inventory.

CONS

The software can be a little tedious and granular when reproducing bulk orders for more than one location. Provided this feedback to the support team and they've ensured they've taken it back to the developers.

Best Customer Service

I have realized that by using order.co, it is much easier to have multiple vendors and it is very easy to monitor the orders placed by vendor and then to track items received by each vendor.

PROS

My favorite part of order.co is the customer service. If there is an issue, it is so easy to contact customer service and they are very quick in solving the problem. And if it is a user error issue, they teach me out to correct my problem and how to not let it happen again in a way that helps me and supports me.

CONS

It is somewhat difficult to find products that I need based on the search parameters. Sometimes there are items available for what I need, but because I do not use the proper search terms or a different word for the item I cannot always find it quickly.

Reasons for switching to Order.co

We made the switch when a new company bought our practice. It was such an easy transition and I can now get items not just from one vendor/supplier.

Great idea, poor execution

Not great, there is a lot of redundancy and communication is rough.

PROS

It's intuitive. Just the fact that I have to complete 40 characters shows that there is no understanding of user experience.

CONS

It's a shopping website, there isn't much that is needed

Organized Purchasing

Overall, I believe that Order.co is a very useful software that should be tried by companies who need a convenient and useful way to efficiently order supplies. There are some features that can be improved on, but it works very well for all your ordering needs.

PROS

I appreciate how all items our company uses from various vendors can all appear all in the same place. Order.co makes adding our own items from vendor sites very simple and fast. It makes purchasing items very convenient.

CONS

There have been times where a selected item is said to be delivered from a specific vendor, then without notice it changes vendors and charges us a fee for not meeting the minimum requirements for free shipping. It can be misleading this way, and has caused confusion in the past. However, the customer service team at Order.co is very friendly and kind enough to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Helpful

It does make things easier.

That it is such a process to add stuff and that tracking is not great.

There is more accountability form users for their orders. That's a plus.

PROS

My vote is still out. easiest part is ordering thru google chrome.

CONS

linking of vendors has been slowsubstitutions are not the best product and are slow to get and may not be the right replacementorders in general take too long to process.

Reason for choosing Order.co

at the time it seemed innovative compared to the usually systems. The thought of price shopping might be helpful but we don't do the shopping the company does it so we don't get to decide if that's the product we want to substitute for or not. To me it was a good sales pitch but in reality totally different product. Definitely more work for accounting. It has been taking too long to link over some vendors causing more paperwork and time. I know that nothing is perfect but we expected more and better.

Features are easy. I love the icon on my home page to easily add products to my cart and list.

CONS

Order.co is highly used by many people across the business. I do not have any complaints with Order.

Need Improvement

Very professional group of staff, however customer service need lots of improvement.

PROS

You can see all your previous orders and/or re-order from the list.

CONS

You cannot track an item even if it's unavailable. There should be a section that tells the customer what is going on with their order.

Order helps our purchasing team track

I see the benefit, but sometimes it's not the most efficient way to get what the team needs.

PROS

Once an item is added to Order is easy to order and allows for me to approve the needs of our team.

CONS

The company changed its name and talking about purchases is really confusing with the name "Order". I wish they hadn't chosen to change.

I'm not satisfied

My overall experience has been awful. This platform is stressing me out and giving me so many issues. I feel like we are wasting money every month on our subscription, I'm happy we signed on at a time that guaranteed us our subscription fees back if we don't like the service. You guys have not saved me any money and have only cost me money and time.

PROS

I like being able to purchase from several different vendors all on one platform and have one invoice weekly to give to accounting rather than a couple dozen.

CONS

Your substitution preferences cause us to purchase items for 2-8 times more what I had originally selected. If there is an issue with an invoice, I feel it's impossible to get help. You have items mislabeled causing there to be one item expected to be delivered but a different item is delivered. On top of that, it will cause inventory issues because my records will show I should have ___ amount of an item when I don't. Order tracking is overall okay, but there's some items I have yet to receive tracking for. When I don't receive tracking for an item and it has not been delivered, Obviously I don't want to pay for it... yet I have invoices that still need to be taken care of. If I am using your google extension to plug the exact item I want, why is it substituting items that are SO far off.

Streamline Office Ordering

PROS

Negotiatus allows us to set, track and manage our office supply, equipment and snack budgets across 10 offices. The analytics dashboard helps us dive deeper into how we are spending our budgets and reallocate as needed.

CONS

Due to our unique cost centers and budgets, the my products section is my least favorite feature. Currently we see products across all cost centers and users. I would love to see this section tailored to be user specific! Negotiatus is great at taking feedback and making improvements to the platform to improve the experience. I am eager to see what improvements will come to this part of the software.

Useful and User Friendly

I find this system very useful and would recomend a business to looking into this software.

PROS

This software is very user friendly. The system remembers previous orders, making it extremely easy to reorder items. I like that I can choose items from a company like Staples and Order will negotiate the best prices.

CONS

The solftware could be improved by an easier tracking of ETA of said product.

Our company chose to use this system for all of our stores. I do purchasing for our location and I have experienced wonderful results.

Now I understand my income and expenses more clearly.

PROS

The interface is very simple and understandable. Even when I first started using the software, I immediately grasped it.

CONS

The images of some reports are not very nice. I think it should be more detailed.
