If there is an issue with an invoice, I feel it's impossible to get help. You have items mislabeled causing there to be one item expected to be delivered but a different item is delivered. On top of that, it will cause inventory issues because my records will show I should have ___ amount of an item when I don't. Order tracking is overall okay, but there's some items I have yet to receive tracking for. When I don't receive tracking for an item and it has not been delivered, Obviously I don't want to pay for it... yet I have invoices that still need to be taken care of. Being able to have all the sites and platforms that we utilize in the business for placing orders be in just one location on Order.co saves many extra steps. Our business requires a multitude of products and in both smaller amounts and in bulk amounts. Each location of our business has access to all of the same lists and can order what is needed per location without having to jump around with multiple sites and checkouts. It’s a simple one stop shop, then check out all at once. Save time and stay organized #### Cons Occasionally inventory levels might not be 100% accurate for example if an item says it is “out of stock”. Understandably so, since Order.co is the liaison between them the vendors and the buyers, I would imagine it be difficult to be completely accurate unless you were directly working with the vendor/ platforms that have something that could be out of stock. Order.co might not have the most updated in the moment since having to be the middle man. Having one invoice a week for each lab instead of hundreds of invoices from all of the vendors we order has saved them hours a week to focus on other aspects. It has also made it a simple process to place and track orders all under one platform instead of going to each individual vendor's account. #### Cons We are a company that places large number of orders and items so there have been lapses in terms of being notified when a price has increased. There have been many times a price increase was an error on the vendor's end because the quote expired or discount was accidently removed. If I was told before the order was placed, as it states to do for our account, I would not be wasting my time to try to get this resolved.
