Good as the basics

Years back, we are using the basic tools in monitoring output but with the use of this software we can easily check our output and efficiency.

This product is promising to us specially in its reliability when it comes to system breakdown. We are hoping for an update and better system in the near future.

Decent Software For Small Output

Great customer service - Anytime the system was down or I needed to learn how to use a new feature I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate, helpful feedback from their team.

Our company's output grew (including LTL freight) and it simply did not make sense as a solution anymore. Also, for companies with high kitting activity it can be very difficult to create your labels/BOLs to reflect the pick n pack process. Other than that I have very few complaints.
