Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The pricing was excellent and it had most all the features we were looking for. The support is real time and very helpful.

  • Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

  • Cons

  • There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.

  • It does take the documents (depending on the size) a while to load sometimes. So I wish that was a bit quicker, but once it has loaded you can navigate through it with no problems.

  • The dashboard is easy to use. Customer service is great and answers all of my questions quickly.

  • Easy user interface to work with. Nice, clean and simple. Easy way to set up, track, and quickly send new orders from the interface.

  • Cons

  • practical software easy to use but useless as the service is very slow

  • Like I said, there are almost never any issues. A small nitpick is that the UI is a little dated looking. This is not a knock on the functionality at all.
