I like their plans structure, so that on their free plan I can still get as many e-signatures as possible and also it allows me to ingrate stripe and quickbooks for easy payments.

I don't think of anything major that could be a disturbance or any bad effect of this particular product on my workflow.

Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

I liked the pricing for PandaDoc and it seemed that it would be a good alternative to higher-priced e-signature products.

If the supplier promises the world, it is unlikely that they can meet the expectation. Zethcon never promised the world, so there was no disappointment in that regard.

Customer support is fantastic. Zethcon utilizes an online ticketing system and are quick to respond to critical issues.

Synapse is very user friendly and easy to navigate for all warehouse functionality. Synapse is highly configurable offering many solutions for satisfying many specific customer needs.

Overall this is the best WMS I have used in my 25+ years in information technology, the last 18 of which are in distribution.

Terrible customer support and poor implementation strategy.

Over the course of that 6+ month you will experience issues that range from simple set up errors to critical stop dead in your tracks problems. Which leads me to my next topic.

IF set up properly the system is scalable and had all of the functionality you would want in a robust WMS.
