Very good, it does everything we need it to.

We have it set up with several of our load boards where carriers can "Book it now" or throw in a rate they would run the lane for. Automation like this is cool and takes a lot off the plates of the reps that work tirelessly to cover our freight.

I personally haven't seen any issues in our application of this software. There may have been a couple of bugs in the beginning, but now that we are up and running, couldn't imagine not having it. When using a routing guide within our TMS, it does allow carriers to manipulate rate (so long as the carrier submits within our min/max range.)

Its been a nice addition to our load baord options and helps in knowing what going on in the market

I like it gives options of carriers who have done the load in the past.

I have enjoyed using Parade not sure what I like least

The ability to organize our carrier capacity by lane preference.

It can be timely to build up profiles for each carrier.
