The optimizer is strong and customizable enough that you can get easily get creative with the output you are trying to get, yet not too "open-ended" that you are having to load nuisance data.

System is slightly lacking on trailer tracking, yet this was a low priority in our decision making.

I like how you can return later to an already scheduled truck and adjust it or look at the details of how it was scheduled, instead of starting all over.

Sometimes the system gets very confused with time off and waiting time and it keeps forcing waiting time where it is not necessary. It can be tedious to go through and correct this so a lot of waiting time is not forced into the schedule.

We have had a very successful transition from Truck stops to pin routes and have worked out a lot of the kinks in the way we use the system with the very helpful support team, and I am very happy using the Pin Routes programming.

I enjoy being able to load all of our jobs into one scenario and move them around to what truck fits best, the optimize option is handy as well to see scenarios that you might not have thought of in the beginning.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get the system to give the correct amount of drive time vs time off and have it meet some of our more crucial time windows.
