It integrates perfectly with my Shopify site, was very easy to set up, and is a breeze to use. I researched other shipping software and I’m really happy I went with Pirate Ship.

Integrates with eBay and imports the data from the system. Clean user interface and quite pleasant to use.

The directions are super simple and then when you do have questions the chat is right there and is charmingly entertaining with pirate puns and gifs.

When I send emails and receive  emails It’s the best you can ever receive. They are so friendly and helpful at all times.

I loved that it had great shipping prices and was easy to figure out. There was nothing to set up, I just logged in and was able to create the label I needed.

If they made the shipping any cheaper I would think it was a scam or illegal.

It helps me be more in control of my shipping, helps with costs savings and my overall organization of shipments has improved a lot.

This is a fantastic program. So easy to use and the site developers obviously have a sense of humor because it is a fun site with lots of personality.

I was a little confused about the refund or cancelling of one of the labels. I had already printed out the label.

What I like most, is the ease of use, the affordability, the export rate for international shipping, the customer support with their punny pirate quips and funny gifs.

I only use USPS so for me the inability to use any service providers wasn't an issue as it seemed to be for others.
