I like to use this app when ordering from certain locations. The service is usually good.

Postmates works just like most delivery services. They do offer more options though so it a good one to use.

It isn't as popular as some of the bigger apps so it isn't available everywhere,

Overall, good experience, worth it when I want it

Drivers have trouble findinng my address, postmates doesn't feature whole menus, menus are higher in price, but probably due to people not tipping drivers

My overall experience with Postmates has been good. I wouldn't say it has been great, but it certainly hasn't been bad. I did only have that one bad experience where my food was delivered from the wrong restaurant but nevertheless their customer service was pretty good and their drivers were always polite to me. If it was based off of customer service I would rate them a good seven out of ten but as far as their actual service, I'm going to give it a four out of ten.

I used Postmates for about 3 months and I can say that I liked their prices. They seemed to be lower than the other delivery apps that I was using at the time. I did like that their ordering process seemed to be easier and quicker than most of the other apps that were in the same field as theirs. I can also say that whenever I used them their drivers seem to be really nice and polite. Even if the food was late they would say things like, "Have a nice day!" and I really liked that about Postmates as a whole.

Well, I used Postmates for about three months before I quit using them. The reason why I quit using Postmates is because one time I ordered some Chinese food from a Chinese restaurant. Well I did not get the food from the correct restaurant that I wanted it from and as we all know some foods from some restaurants do not taste the same. My Postmates delivery driver called me and said that they sent her to the wrong place and she was at the mall Chinese food restaurant. I did not want to go to that place because their food didn't taste the same as the restaurant that I was told my food will be picked up from. So my driver had to get my order all over again because it was a whole different restaurant and I got my food an hour later. The food was not as good as it would have been from the other restaurant and I was highly upset. So I got in contact with customer service and the best they could do was give me a Postmates credit on the amount that I spent. Now, that was a nice gesture but I wanted my money back and was not able to get it outside of the app.

Of all the food delivery apps, Postmates seems to have the largest array of restaurant options. There have been several restaurants I cannot find on DoorDash or GrubHub that I can always find on Postmates. The app is easy to use, and customer service, should you need them, is quick and helpful. As someone who is always trying to keep costs down, more than anything I appreciate the "Deals" tab at the very top of the app, which displays only restaurants offering $0 delivery fees or discounts on qualifying orders. I almost always order from a restaurant offering a deal.

The "percentage off" offers, when they appear on the home screen, almost always require you to spend at least $30 or more, which to me isn't ideal. I've found that delivery fees on Postmates also tend to be more expensive than competing apps, which is why DoorDash remains my preferred food delivery app.

Very good when running smoothly but always a problem with merchant support when I need assistance.

It allows us to reach a customer base without requiring the customer to visit our store directly.

Customer support is the absolute worse. They will always have the case "escalated" for someone to reach out but even when it's marked "urgent," it is their policy to reach out in 48 hours and there is no one that can help immediately.

My overall experience with Postmates is nice to use and it's simple because you are ordering food as takeaways and delivery.

What I think of Postmates feels like it's on the same page of Uber Eats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. I like using this app because it's nice to order food and get promotions from this app just like the others that I have mentioned.

What I think it could work on is that Postmates is similar to the GrubHub where they could at least specify what car and who is the driver and with a heads up display to show where is the driver at and the ETA about for sure.

With busy and changing schedules, having the option to order food to be delivered has been such a blessing. There is a large variety or restaurants to choose from to satisfy any craving you might be having, and restaurants are usually open late for when you need a late night snack. I also like that I am able to request for my food to be left at my doorstep for contactless delivery, and that I can track my food.

Due to using an outside party, prices of food/meals listed on Postmates is more than what you would pay directly through the restaurant. There may be a delivery fee, and if it's a busy time, you may be waiting for your food for quite some time.

Good experience. I will use again but will be careful if I do t have time to reorder if cancelled.

The program is set up very nicely. There is a good selection of restaurants but there are not enough drivers.

I have had several orders cancelled due to lack of drivers.

Overall Postmates has been very helpful and has made my college experiences easier, especially when I am very busy.

I like using grub hub because its been integrated into all my food services on campus. I also use it to order food outside of school and it usually efficient

Postmates does have some restaurants that are not available on any other delivery service.

The selection of restaurants overall does not seem to be as broad as other delivery services. In addition, there is a substantial mark-up on food.

It has the same interface as uber as they recently purchased this app. It has more restaurants and food outlets delivery.

It's expensive as the prices seemed to be marked up. Also it's not at all worth it if you order food rarely. I wish they could give more offers and discounts, but until then it's not worth using it unless you wanna pay more.

There isn’t anything I dislike about postmates. Everything is just as it should be. Organized and convenient when you’re in a hurry.
