"Their website, design functionality, etc. works great, and you're able to do a lot more DIY with Printful as opposed to the other online custom printers, where you have to call to speak with a sales rep to request certain design features (which we don't always want to take the time to do)."

"There are many types of products and it is very inexpensive. Plus I can have quality products shipped by Printful to my customers."

"It’s dependable, the fulfillment times are reasonable, and I like knowing my customers are getting a quality product. If they streamlined a few of the navigation steps and improved communication from support, it would be close to perfect."

"When I upload an image, I'm not able to edit the image with color contrasts, cropping, etc like you can in Gelato. "
