I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.

I like how easy it is to log quotes and to look the quotes up that have been submitted by the suppliers.

The cost is affordable cost, the functionality is easy to understand, and their customer service is great.

I have worked with Pantera, iSqFt, and some other similar systems that are specialized for construction. This is comparable in all ways, better in some, and worse in none that I can think of.

If you do not know the QLM code, it is rather hard to search for past quotes issued.

Do not be afraid to challenge Qstrat to make the program fit your needs. The modification costs were reasonable and timelines were surprisingly short.

The system is easy to use, and it helps organize and keep track of our supplier quotes.

The program is completely customizable to fit our business model. While the out of the box option was attractive, we were able to work together to produce a products that perfectly suited our needs.

You can send a large number of skus out to a large number of vendors in a very short time. The customer support is fantastic, whenever I call or email, our customer service rep jumps to the rescue.

Ease of reports and get at info behind the main screens. There is new report systems but we have been unsuccessful to use.

Due to the large number of quotations issued, it is difficult to find some RFQs in the system.

Cost effective easy to use solution. Would like to see more reporting and functionality.

It has customizable forms, and it's easy to send out RFQs to multiple vendors. It's reliable and has great response tracking.

In general, the site is very intuitive; I didn't really receive extensive training, but I feel I have an acceptable level of expertise just through regular use.

1 stop shopping for quotes helps control our supplier quotes. Finding quotes and info is good and fairly easy to get at.

The ability to set up suppliers and then send the same quotation to multiple suppliers is ideal. The other feature that I also like is the calculation tab for all the quotations received.

Some suppliers have complained that they can not access the system to input the data.
