"Rapid Trade is the fundamental app driving e-commerce sales transactions in the local cutting tool industry, it has a basic purchasing flow on the customer end allowing for a quick uptake by our customer base."

"The product is user-friendly provides more information and detail around having to use the application and give feedback on work that has been done and also very handy in planning work schedules."

"The ability to integrate and for customers to place orders directly into our existing ERP system and in turn reducing the workload on our already busy sales team workforce."

"there's no way of letting me know if live stock has been sold while im placing my order, surely it should interact with the supplier to advise them. When doing quotes, i can only quote on items from that supplier and there should be an option for me to add another item even if its not on the system? where im coming from is im a supplier using a suppliers rapid trade, so if im quoting on multiple items sold from several suppliers all using rapid trade then i have to send my customer several different quotes."

"When I am trying to order stock and it crashes and I have to wait until the next day then I will get the stock 1 to 2 days later which is bad for my position as our customers will get upset."
