Rapid trade knight excellent product

Excellent product to help as a working tool. It helps solve unnecessary faults on products ordered, where on a telephone you can still hear wrong, or wrong amounts, and can easily place it wrong. And with the reporting system you can make sure you have ordered right.

Ordering system is very userfriendly Sales of every day can by obtained easily Tracking if workers, and daily activities makes it easy to see what they have done and where they are

Rapid Trade in The Cutting Tool Industry

Overall, Rapid Trade have been easy to work with. They are exceptionally busy so to squeeze in development time can get tricky but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] always try make a plan to assist.

PROS

Rapid Trade is the fundamental app driving e-commerce sales transactions in the local cutting tool industry, it has a basic purchasing flow on the customer end allowing for a quick uptake by our customer base.

CONS

There are a number of support features that are missing from the software or have not been developed on our end such as back order management, account management, invoice viewing, POD handling all which go beyond the scope of the original design of the app. We are working closely with the Rapid Trade team to bring these and many more features to the app ultimately creating more of a customer portal than just a sales tool.

Rapitrade highs and lows

PROS

the fact that i can see a live view of mu suppliers stock on hand and i can do quotes and orders from there as well

CONS

im an offsite sales rep and use the software when out of office, however when dealing with several rapidtrade platforms from various suppliers it can be annoying having to do an update every time you log on and if you forget to update the your priceless wont open making it unusable. in addition not all items have pictures attached and those that do dont always represent the item in question as some suppliers descript items differently and one needs a picture to identify the item. you have to update twice when checking live stock. there's no way of letting me know if live stock has been sold while im placing my order, surely it should interact with the supplier to advise them. When doing quotes, i can only quote on items from that supplier and there should be an option for me to add another item even if its not on the system? where im coming from is im a supplier using a suppliers rapid trade, so if im quoting on multiple items sold from several suppliers all using rapid trade then i have to send my customer several different quotes.

Hi Brian Thanks for the feedback. This tool is there to place orders easily per supplier, we protect the supplier's information by way of a profile and a password. So it is vital to sync the data for each supplier before placing orders to ensure you have correct pricing and stock figures. We, unfortunately, cannot have multiple suppliers' data crossing over as per the above reason. Vibrant environment, great customer base structure, great benefits, opportunity for growth.

It is a very handy tool that doesn't give constant issues with the support of the team in terms of user experience the matters are resolved in time and we are able to continue with daily responsibilities as normal therefore I found the experience with repair trade a very successful journey to tell and I would highly recommend it to a lot of people as a business tool to use daily.

PROS

The product is user-friendly provides more information and detail around having to use the application and give feedback on work that has been done and also very handy in planning work schedules.

CONS

Having limited access to update inactive accounts and also when adding a new customer account it's impossible to gain information that you have loaded for the customer.

Rapid Trade online ordering platform

Rapid trade has definitely improved and increased our daily order processing counts. Once the initial teething setup issues were sorted out, the system does work well.

PROS

The ability to integrate and for customers to place orders directly into our existing ERP system and in turn reducing the workload on our already busy sales team workforce.

CONS

Each time there are any major updates done to the Online ordering platform, client browsing history needs to be cleared and deleted to pull through any changes. Really only works well on Google Chrome.

what i like most is the fact that the system can be adjusted to anyone's requirements

it is a userfriendly system and support is immediate.

Reasons for switching to Rapidtrade

Times change, we needed a more relevant and faster distributor so when we signed the Company that wa appealing to our requirements they came along with Rapidtrade system.

easy to use. great selling tool for quick search of pricing while at the customer

It saves time when placing orders. can look up prices while at the customer.

PROS

can search products by code or by name description. Can check if items are in stock or not.

CONS

sometimes hard to find a product if you don't have the code. the description is sometimes abbreviated or spelt differently which then takes time to search for a specific product. packaging configuration can be included in product description. ie 5x3kg per shrink/bale

PROS

Easy to use, really like the fact that the software integrates will other apps.

CONS

Not enough standard reports, Eg : a report that shows deals that have been applied to orders (Report) a report that shows total orders placed and processed for a period.

The software did what it was enabled to do - order placement.

PROS

Product was easy to use. Very robust and satisfied trading conditions. Support was exceptional. Also was able to work with Rapidtrade to enhance the product to keep up with environmental trends and changes

There is always room for improvement, and when areas were identified, Rapidtrade was open to working with us to enhance the software.

Rapid Trade user review

I would say my experience is not that bad but yes the are room for improvement.

PROS

the Fact that i can place my orders, however i do sometimes have problems logging onto the system or the system takes ages to sync.

CONS

customers showing inactive when they are active on sap, making it impossible to place my orders. System taking forever to sync.

Rapidtrade for deals and promotions

PROS

Easy to use and understand and use. Helped a great deal to overcome many challenges we faced with complex deals.

CONS

No report available that we could pull for ourselves - we had to request this. Sometimes a loaded deal would not pull through, but the overall customer service and feedback is always quick and efficient.

Loading a order on rapid trade is extremely slow . I do believe we cancelled this function
