Pros/Cons
Pros
- RAYNET and people around it are very nice and it is pleasant to be in touch with them. CRM system is exactly as they describe it - very easy to understand.
- We are very happy with the software. It has improved the effectiveness of entire company.
- We appreciate clear design, intuitive and friendly customer support. Two months after the introduction we have seen a significant increase in the efficiency of the sales team.
Cons
- If you've experienced the horror of millions of buttons in a CRM software's UI, with no way of getting started easily, try RayNet.
- CRM by RAYNET is something we were looking for. For a long time we were struggling with various software which were not able to manage our clients in the way RAYNET does.
Pros
- It is best secure and convenient platform that provide great user interface and easy options to handle meetings.
- I had a very positive experience with WebEx. As I mentioned above, the greatest benefit to me and my past employer was revenue and the prospects of more of it.
- This software is perfect for when my sales people hold webinars with prospective clients. The flexibility and functionality is great for what we need it for.
Cons
- It is not working properly on mobile phones. Sometimes, I have problems with my computer (not with software) and I try to use Webex on my mobile phone.
- The thing that i hated using this application that it was taking a hell lot of time to connect. A number of time It stopped showing the picture while someone is representing.
- This tool, designed for businesses, was not ideal to use from the perspective of a student. It has an odd interface and was constantly running in the background on my phone which was very annoying.
