ProcurementExpress.com is a cloud-based procurement solution that aims to automate the purchase order process. It caters to small and midsize businesses across a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals and office supplies.

The purchase order process begins with assigning budgets and inviting colleagues to review them. Next step is the submission of purchase requests which once submitted are then automatically sent to the team manager for approval. At last, everyone who has collaborated on that budget can review and export the necessary reports.

The solution also assists the users to view conversation history at each stage, starting from procurement of product to the final payout. Users can customize purchase orders to meet specific business requirements.

The solution is available on annual and monthly subscription basis. Customers can reach out to the support team via phone for any technical queries.

PO solution well done!

Pros

We have been using ProcurementExpress for 10 months now. We acomplished almost all the goals we wanted with this solution. I would say it is very flexible and can help both small and big companies because it is easily scalable, the structure of PO approval, budgets and budget structure can be very simple or complex depending od the needs.

Cons

This is not a con, but only a suggestion, sometimes we miss certain features that we think are a must, but the the development team does not. On the other hand, some of our suggestions were immediately corrected or even added to the system.

Simple and Powerfull Tool

Pros

We use this as one of our Primary Procurement Management tools. Its very simple, all we do it create the purchase orders and submit and then the manager reviews it and approves it which goes to the next dept for ordering. The best feature is that you can approve it on even a Cell Phone.

Cons

There are not Cons for this Software, it is just perfect

Awesome Service

Pros

This software is easy to use and makes ordering supplies a breeze. It allows transparency among team members when ordering and an seemless process. Also love that it tracks the budget!

Cons

You have to type everything in versus having auto generated boxes, but not a huge deal!

Good tool but needs improvement to get fit in any domain

Overall experience was good, but after evaluating we found that this wont find in our current process.

Pros

Cons

User management is not properly configurable, if any admin wants to give access to particular budget and catalog or combination of multiple entities that is not present in the system.

Simple system for PO

Pros

First of all it is very well designed, the interface looks really good. Also really easy to use with simple workflows that can adapt to your specific needs. Can get really robust without being overwhelming.

Cons

There are almost no cons to my experience, maybe just the reporting functions could be enhanced. Other than that its is really good solution.

I find it very easy to use and a simple solution to keeping control of budgets.

I like that this software gives Department Heads the responsibility of keeping their budgets under control. The system does not allow for over spending as a PO cannot be written when there is no money left. The ability to give different levels of approval to certain members of staff is also great. It is great for the Accounting Team to have the comfort in knowing that when a bill is being paid, it has gone though the appropriate approval process.

Cons

- The inability to save a draft PO even when there are no funds available.
- That the header doesn't stay visible on the page when you scroll down through the purchase order lists.

Makes my life so much easier!

It keeps my life organized and everything is accounted for. PLUS I don't have to keep the paper receipts!

Pros

It makes everything so organized and measurable. I absolutely LOVE Rubberstamp! I just trained another girl last week on how to use it.

Cons

I wish that I could print out reports because I do a LOT of the entries, but I'm not the Administrator. Sometimes I like to report how much I've spent on Publix and/or BJ's Wholesale Club, but I have to bug the Administrator when I want to do that. I've been with you all awhile. Any way that you can enable me to do that?

This is a great program. I am able to put all my information in it and have all that I need there.

Pleasant experience from the first minute!

Easier POs and better control.

Pros

ProcurementExpress has a great collection of features in an easy-to-use package. It does exactly what we need it to. Modern and minimalistic user interface.

Cons

The system should automatically put sent POs in a separate folder so that the dashboard doesn't get to cluttered with old POs. I'm also missing the ability to move products to a new supplier.

Pros

The software comes from a company with exceptional people who are promoting and supporting a great software product. I have installed and configured the software so that I can become familiar with its features. I also really like the App they have for mobile use.

Cons

I don't know that there is anything I like least about ProcurementExpress.com software. Maybe that I do not have any sales, or even leads, but that is not a problem of the software.

easy to use helping us with tracking APP works well

we are using it to make it easier to track job costing and also for our supers and PM to issue PO and allow them to have a number rather then order things with out a number

the program is very easy to use and very user friendly we have a bunch of older guys that are using it and having no issues

I have only been using the program a few months and i have not found any issues that i dont like. i was having an issue view past PO on the app but i understand that is being corrected now

The ability to organise Purchase Orders by supplier and building so they're easily accessible.

Pros

Search facility allows a search for supplier name as well as PO number, which means it easier to find the PO we need at any given time.

Cons

Sometimes it can be tricky to find the building i would like to view a PO for as they are not in alphabetical order on the selection menu.

Simple and easy to use system, exactly what we needed for our small to medium business

Pros

Ease of use help make this software one of the best. I also enjoy the fact i can approve the PO`s remotely from the app, this keeps my staff extremely happy and they like approvals ASAP.

Cons

I have multiple PO`s to do for 1 supplier, the only think i need to change is the price however i must enter all the details from scratch. Needs to be a faster way of doing this.
