"It allows me to easily track forestry crew locations and stay ahead of vehicle maintenance, ensuring our fleet remains safe, compliant, and up to date."

"The GPS tracking and trip data are reliable, and the ability to review video footage tied to events is one of the most valuable features—it allows for accurate validation instead of guessing what happened."

"The AI facial recognition software tracks employees effortlessly between different vehicles, and the safety inbox and safety reporting features help me to review my fleet easily on a daily basis."

"The current placement of the Samsara telematics units allows them to be easily kicked or unplugged by drivers. When this happens, the unit disconnects and stops transmitting vehicle updates and location data."

"Key features are difficult to find, and the navigation between dashboards, safety inbox, coaching, and driver profiles is not intuitive."

"Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform. And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction."
