ScanData is a parcel transportation management solution (PTMS) that caters to businesses across various industries such as general retail, pharmaceutical, product cataloging, apparel and more. It can be either deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.

ScanData's key features include shipping and manifesting, service disruption handling, label generation and returns services. The solution supports various distribution models via integration with users' existing e-commerce and warehouse management systems. It also supports international shipping from APO/FPO shipments to global delivery.

Additionally, ScanData helps users to create carrier-certified shipping labels along with pick tickets, invoices and documentation in multiple formats. SD is very responsive to requests and quick to implement solutions.

Pros

Response time is minimal. Negligible number of scandata-owned errors over large quantities of message requests.

Cons

Some host system downtime required to perform updates.
