We used Scanfie for our total restaurant from ordering by using the QR-code to the cash register to buy tickets for entering the event. Everything was split up in the back office what is easy if you want to see result from certain products. For us it was very important to use an QR-code to make an order instead of using a paper menu. This worked perfectly and made our lives much easier during our event. Cons: Because we used Scanfie just for a short time, we didn't learn everything what it can do. So there are still a lot of surprises in the system for us. I would like to have some more settings to change things that only the helpdesk can do at this moment. Also I would like to be able to read more helpfiles so I understand the system even more. Dit komt mede door de logische werking van het systeem. Tevens hebben is onze webshop ook via Scanfie laten lopen, wat voorheen separate systemen waren zit nu alles in een. een groot voordeel! Door gebruik te maken van diverse koppelingen is veel administratief werk komen te vervallen. Reserveringen voor verschillende activiteiten die we aanbieden in een extern reserveersysteem worden gemakkelijk de kassa ingeladen waardoor het dagjournaal de totale omzet weergeeft van onze horecaverkopen en reserveringen. De journalen worden dagelijks automatisch binnengehaald in ons boekhoudprogramma waardoor onze cijfers tot op de dag af up to date zijn. De omzetten worden tevens doorgesluisd naar ons roosterprogramma waarin we de omzet kunnen afzetten tegen de personeelskosten en kunnen aansturen op een gezonde verhouding. Vanuit de kassa is er de mogelijkheid om kassabonnen door te sturen naar een facturatieprogramma we gebruiken deze functie veel voor bedrijven die niet op locatie kunnen betalen. De kassa functionaliteiten zijn oneindig. We hebben een eigen bezorgwebsite waarvan de omzet meeloopt in het journaal. Op locatie kiezen we voor gastvrijheid en bediening aan tafel. We nemen bestellingen op met handhelds en kunnen met pin functionaliteit ook aan tafel afrekenen. Evengoed kunnen we met het dreigende personeelstekort terugvallen op de qr functionaliteit waarbij de gast zelf bestellingen inschiet. We hebben een vaste pin automaat bij de balie en een geldwisselmachine van externe partij voor veilige verwerking van contant geld. Er loopt nu een ontwikkelspoor om net als bij de pin terminals deze machine te koppelen aan de kassa terminals te koppelen met de kassa waardoor we geen handmatige fouten kunnen maken. In de keuken hebben we bonprinters waarop de keukenbestellingen doorkomen. Op drukke momenten pakken we hier ook een laptop bij welke fungeert als extra keukenscherm we open dan de kassa app via internet. Wellicht dat we hier een daadwerkelijk keukenscherm met bijbehorende functionaliteit voor willen aanschaffen. We moeten ons daar verder in verdiepen. Scanfie onderscheidt zich in onze ogen van andere kassa leveranciers door specifieke ontwikkelpunten mee te nemen in algemene updates en deze niet in afzonderlijk in rekening te brengen als maatwerk. Op deze manier liften wij mee op de ontwikkelingen die door andere partijen zijn aangedragen. Het is niet moeilijker dan bij andere kassa’s maar je moet er altijd even doorheen. We zijn evengoed super blij dat we de overstap hebben gemaakt. - Als er ontwikkelpunten zijn opgepakt/afgerond, mist soms de feedback dat deze punten zijn toegevoegd aan onze functionaliteiten.
