Scout/Top Shelf/ 3PL Central doesn't care about their customers!

The onboarding team was awesome, but the executive team at Scout / Top Shelf / 3PL Central doesn't care about their customers. I'll never do business with any of these companies ever again. Treat your customers with respect and they will do business with you forever, money comes and money goes but customers are what makes your business successful.

PROS

Scout is a great inventory management system. The onboarding of the system was rough but we had to push through to get my business up and running. The team was phenomenal and helped to make the process seamless even though the system didn't merge well with the other programs we were using like we were told they would in the beginning.

CONS

We decided to change direction after using the system for only a few months. When we asked for a refund for the months not used the upper management at Scout / Top Shelf / 3PL Central decided that I didn't deserve a refund. The company wasn't a new startup and was purchased after many successful years of business by 3PL Central instead of giving me back my money they gave me a B.S. line about having to pay the developers and the team. I paid $4,000 upfront for the program for the whole year and instead of pro-rating me back the money they chose to keep it all and tell me to screw off.

Reason for choosing Extensiv Warehouse Manager

It was a system that already was plugged into the company we purchased

Reasons for switching to Extensiv Warehouse Manager

The implementation of Scout / Top Shelf was difficult and my team wasn't picking up the system that quick. Also, the integration created hiccups that created downtime for the dev team to try and figure out the issues.
