About Bid Management

Electronic bidding management system by Beyond Key Systems is a SharePoint add-in, built to replace the previous bidding processes of businesses through electronic means. It uses SharePoint capabilities where users can create master data through online forms. Users can send bids, related tasks, evaluate and create different user levels to oversee the projects.

Bid Management system manages information content of issued bidding, administration process of both issuances and receiving of bids, content, structure and production of submitted bids, time and resource management for the bidder, audit trail records and repository of all documentation.

The solution reduces the maintenance cost of data and improves the accuracy and efficiency of calculations.

Great team! Team communicate well and support team respond to questions and inquiries urgently. I recently made an error with a published RFP. I was unable to fix my mistake. i reached out to the the support team [sensitive content hidden] coordinated with the correct parties to ensure that the error was corrected in a timely manner.
