Le passage à cet outil a fait gagner en productivité et en fiabilité. Les équipes sont professionnelles et à l'écoute. L'outil est facile à prendre en main. Je recommande ShippingBo aux commerçants qui recherchent un service d'expédition fiable et de qualité.

#### Pros

Au delà de l'outil qui m'a fait gagner en productivité, j'apprécie beaucoup les équipes qui sont toujours à l'écoute des mes besoins.

#### Cons

Le changement de mode de calcul du pricing, passé en forfait mensuel depuis janvier 2025, a entraîné une hausse significative de mon budget.

Au moment où j'ai changé, Sendcloud ne permettait pas de faire des sessions de préparation et du contrôle picking.

#### Pros

La connexion à notre boutique en ligne (Shopify) est excellente. La gestion du stock est super fiable, on a jamais eu d'écart avec la réalité jusqu'à maintenant (6 mois d'utilisation). L'équipe support est efficace et compétente et prend en compte nos demandes d'améliorations. Très bonne intégration avec les transporteurs.

#### Cons

Difficile à trouver ! Un des points négatifs a été corrigé depuis (pouvoir valider une ligne via un bouton pendant le contrôle picking sans avoir a scanner 200 fois le même article). On a abandonné de picking via PDA (on le fait en imprimant des feuilles de picking - plus efficace) parce que ça prenait trop de temps de scanner à chaque fois le livre et la zone et on a parfois des livres qui n'ont pas de code barre dont impossible à scanner (et il n'y a pas (encore) de bouton pour indiquer qu'on a pické un livre sans le scanner).

Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait de ce service qui m'apporte un gain de temps indéniable sur la gestion de mes expéditions. Le fait d'avoir tous nos contrats de transporteurs au même endroit est un vrai plus. Le SAV est très bon en cas de problème.

La solution de Shippingbo me fait gagner beaucoup de temps dans la gestion de mes expéditions. Tout est centralisé avec la possibilité de choisir en 2 clics le mode de transporteurs le plus approprié.

#### Cons

Ce qu'il faut absolument améliorer c'est le moteur de recherche, on ne peut pas faire plus à l'ancienne. Une barre à la Google serait beaucoup plus simple pour rapidement chercher une commande ou un client.

Shippingbo nous a aider à booster notre activité. Synchronisation des stocks, gestion de plusieurs plateformes/transporteurs.. Le service client est ultra réactif et la solution simplissime à prendre en main. Nous apprécions aussi le fait que le logiciel soit en permanente amélioration !

#### Cons

Certains exports ne sont pas nativement accessibles et la gestion multi emplacement qui nécéssite un upgrade

La prise en main d'un nouveau logiciel de gestion peut être compliqué, mais pour le coup, Shippingbo est relativement simple d'utilisation. Nous avons l'essentiel pour une bonne gestion de nos entrepôts et en sommes entièrement satisfait ! De plus, pour la moindre question, l'accompagnement et bien au rendez-vous et réactif.

Une interface simple à utiliser pour la centralisation de nos commandes clients et une gestion de stock très simpliste et efficace !

Je n'en vois pas pour le moment, si ce n'est l'interface d'historique des articles où nous aurions besoin qu'il soit un peu plus complet. Comme par exemple y inclure des commentaires spécifique pour certain mouvement manuel.

a plateforme est intuitive, centralise toutes les opérations et permet de gagner un temps précieux dans la gestion des expéditions. L’intégration avec différents transporteurs est fluide et les suivis sont fiables. Le support client est réactif.

Quelques fonctionnalités demandent encore des optimisations (ex : exports d’inventaire complets, paramétrages point relais). Mais l’équipe est à l’écoute et propose régulièrement des mises à jour.
