  • Pros

  • I recommend Shippo because it is user-friendly, intuitive and has saved me tremendous amounts of time and money. I have had only the best customer service, and I truly feel like a valued customer.
  • It is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. I would highly recommend them to any business.
  • Cons

  • The other problem I have had is that I have two stores with eBay and when I have to change a password on one I have to delete both and reinstall.
  • Do not expect anyone to answer your emails even if an error occurs - they will not help. Very frustrating as a customer.
