  • Pros

  • Integration and setup are simple. Support is helpful and friendly.
  • Shiptheory is very easy to use on its own, but if we encounter any issues the support team is very quick to respond and assist wherever possible.
  • Cons

  • Difficult to find some of the advanced options which I believe should be built in to some of the basic settings, so I have had to ask if/how/where a few times.
  • No phone number so I could not speak with anyone about the issues we were having.
