Difficult to find some of the advanced options which I believe should be built in to some of the basic settings, so I have had to ask if/how/where a few times.

Excellent support and help with setup (which was a little complicated for us), great response from support. It is generally easy to use and very cost effective.

No copy and pasting addresses or transferring any.

Integration and setup are simple. Support is helpful and friendly.

Shiptheory is very easy to use on its own, but if we encounter any issues the support team is very quick to respond and assist wherever possible.

Every question I've asked has been a perfect usable answer and always a fix to every issue.
