Cons: he only downside for me really are the odd glitches....yesterday it kept freezing at the point where the driver had dropped off and so we didn't know how far out he was. We've had other shuttle systems demo'd for us and they make - what should be a simple task - complicated. ShuttleControl makes it easy.
