SpendBoss enables users to approve, edit or deny requisitions and receive orders. Users can search products from multiple vendors through a single sign on and view real-time data on spend activity. Corporate users can place orders on behalf of their locations and the system will automatically alert location managers that an order has been placed on their behalf.

SpendBoss offers tools to evaluate vendor pricing and identify risks and opportunities. Corporate users can make inventory requests across the company and establish safety stock levels for each location. A variety of reports allow users to manage budgets by period, region, location, project, item and more. A customized hierarchy allows for control and management at the corporate, region, division and location levels.
