Great Software, Great People,Highly recomended
We all really love it at our company.
Pros
Very easy to use, very customizable with lots of options Easy to work with and implement ONe of the best listing softwares we have used
Cons
Cant think of any cons If it would have native connestion to Sears, Rakuten and Newegg that would help us, but they already included newegg as native connection in less than few months, so we are happy.

Amazing Software to Replace Channeladvisor, Highly Recommended.
Overall Extremely Satisfied, 10/10. Unlike the larger companies that treat small to mid size businesses like they're one in a million, Storeautomator has actually worked alongside us and seem very invested in our success and growth ( despite no revenue sharing pricing model!). Anytime we needed a custom integration, custom feature, or API connection, they provided very reasonable estimates to make sure we are happy, long term customers.
Pros
The platform is very use to use, customizable, and simply gets the job done for a fraction of the price compared to Zentail and Channeladvisor. More than the software, what I loved about StoreAutomator is the level of customer service and tech support. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], and the entire team were very accessible via phone and email, and helped us seamlessly migrate from Channeladvisor to StoreAutomator. We can easily upload listings to a lot of marketplaces, including Ebay, Walmart, Amazon, Shopify, and now even Etsy!
Cons
I would say the user interface could use a little upgrading, but its definitely not a deal breaker and honestly if that's whats saving us money then we can manage.
Reasons for choosing StoreAutomator
We chose Storeautomator for a few reasons over competitors. 1. Price!! 2. They are able to list bulk on Etsy 3. Most compatible transition from Channeladvisor 4. They were very friendly and personable during sales calls and through the demo. I would definitely check them out for a demo, as I decided to do so after reading the reviews here on capterra.
Reasons for switching to StoreAutomator
Too expensive

Much Better than the Brand Name house. MUCH better.
This has been superb. We came from the other I-should-not-bad-mouth, much larger, publicly traded competitor. They basically abandoned us and even said to me, in writing, 'last time we work on this issue'. Not these guys. They not only help resolve ramp up issue but I can hear them thinking about how they can solve my problem across the interface globally. It has been a pleasure and I would recommend everyone include these guys on their short list to review.
Pros
Superb Customer Support. They gave this product a lot of thought. If I do find something (that frequently has been more personalized than global anyway) they think about a solution and put it into place. Once a week on-boarding call with email access in between. Most importantly the product gets the job done. I am confident the hand-holding can stop soon and we will be on our way.
Cons
GUI take a little getting used to. I have a sense everything is there (or that they will put it there if not) but I'm not an IT or even graphics guy. I do think repetition will better familiarize me with the layout. And I don't know how they could jam this many features into an interface and not make it confusing at start up.
Reasons for choosing StoreAutomator
As I wrote in the review above, I had a pretty good understanding of what NOT to buy after being with their competition. If it was their comp only I wouldn't be on the web. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team there give me the impression they want to personally get me up and running.
Reasons for switching to StoreAutomator
Well, lets see. Maybe it was the other large publicly traded company saying 'this is the last time we will work on this (particular) issue'. Or maybe their giving us misinformation numerous times that required a total redo on our part. Perhaps it was 14 months of work and we still were not ready for prime time. For what it is worth many of their tech support people cared and tried to work through things but their internal policy prevented them from 'fixing' anything. At worst I got cryptic examples telling me to do this or do that. At best I resolved many issues after hours more involvement. And their account execs? The original salesperson said she would be there for us during the experience: once problems started to materialize I got a not from the new exec that she is removing the old one from cc's. And two weeks before I even knew I had a new one and the introduction email that said I am here for you a week later I got an email saying she was taking vacation and will be out for a week. There's a month I'll never see again. I have several emails in fact from people saying they are there for us. Until they aren't. 'nough said here?

Easy to use advanced features
We centralized the data management using unlimited custom fields, mapping features, currency exchanges, channel overriding data to localize and customize by channel specs, real tome inventory sync, order management
Pros
Templating and mapping features making multichannel listing easy once it is set any new products get listed immediately in all the channels we prechoose. Inventory sync in realtime so no more have to feal with backorders. Creating kits bundles alternates and alias, able to overwrite all global level data on channel level such as changing Ebay title for example. International currency calculated daily for Amazon EU. Forwarding orders to other system we use Shipping Easy.
Cons
Reporting can be improved. Product grouping would be great.

Full functionality and attentive support at a reasonable price-point
The on-boarding team has been great and very responsive to our needs. They have quickly addressed any issues we were having. We are a little over 3 months into using the software and things are running smoothly.
Pros
The software handles everything we need for multichannel listing creation and both order and inventory management across channels. Almost instant 2-way syncing with various integrations is a nice feature that you can't get with similar software that rely on flat files only. I love that they are constantly improving the functionality on a regular basis and are open to recommendations along those lines. Overall this is an excellent value.
Cons
Some of the user interfaces can be streamlined a bit, but it is still quite functional. I have seen much worse from other offerings in the space.

Best support of any SaaS company
The team and service are phenomenal. They listen, collaborate, and execute. With continual input and improvement, the software is looking to become a powerhouse tool for any e-commerce seller.
Pros
By far the best service and response of any SaaS company we've worked with. The StoreAutomator dev team is on the ball and always working to improve their product based on customer input. StoreAutomator is an all-in-one solution for multi-channel e-commerce sellers and we used their listing solution to create listings on our multiple sales channels. The software is flexible and can be customized to your business needs.
Cons
Depending on your business needs, setting up custom mappings may take a while due to the learning curve for the user. (The StoreAutomator team is fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions and requests)

Great for multi-channel inventory management
Pros
StoreAutomator has an advance inventory management module that makes it possible to manage the inventory for multiple sales channels.
Cons
Admin management panel could be developed and designed in a more user-friendly way.
