SupplHi is easy to use for all types of users (standard and role-specific), the implementation with the ERP is smooth and the processes are straight and company-ready

CONS

There's nothing i disliked, I am also aware that the company is searching around for new apps to implement in the software, so nothing to say here

Excellent platform for find and evaluate your Vendor.

SupplHI helped us in the search of vendor that we did not know, structure a qualification process without needs significant effort from our side to maintain, comply with the request of our internal department (Quality and Internal Audit), provide with an effective tool to collect and and aggregate Vendor Performance Ratings.

PROS

Platform improved during years in content and in the user experience. Now is easy to use and complete for his purpose

CONS

Nothing in particular. We had minor issue that was properly addressed by support

Reasons for switching to SupplHi

Achilles was less easy to use, was not focused on Oil&Gas industry and required payment for subscription of the Vendor with the consequence of a difficult adoption
