We have been able to work very closely with the Suuchi team to ensure the Grid is fully customized to our business needs specifically. When we have requested that details or functions, no matter how minor, be changed or updated, we were met with complete willingness to do so. Great customer service

Great product for supply chain
The support team at Suuchi is great and the ease of use for different levels of your team is what makes it a great product.
PROSSuuchi Grid does what other supply chain platforms do not provide - improved transparency, efficiency and communication. For both big retailers and small, it allows a company to better streamline their supply chain which is critical in this time we are currently in. I highly recommend the product.
CONSI think companies need to look at this in two different ways - if your company has legacy systems, use Suuchi as a complement to what you already have. For new startups with a clean slate - I say go full throttle with Suuchi. So depending on where your company is at in terms of launch will determine how the Grid can be best used.

Suuchi has a great solution for Startups on the rise!
The team is super professional, knowledgable, and driven by the customer experience. They seem to really understand the market space and how they can leverage their resources to help others have a more easy experience while developing product.
PROSIt was very easy to understand, the user flow seemed pretty organic. The interface itself was very clear and much easier to understand than some other PLM systems I've used in the past. They also offer you a lot of factory support and direction which is unlike any other PLM system I've seen. Integrating their platform with their network of factories is really stellar and will certainly make this product stand out above its competition.
CONSIt still has some room to keep growing, it's not a complete solution package just quite yet, but they are clearly working to solve that! I think making it as seamless as possible is really the best thing they could focus on at this point!

Excellent software
I love how quick and responsive the team is, usually if you buy a software they would just help you set it up and that's where the support ends but in this case they provide us with continuous support and encourage us to give suggestions and feedback Also, it's customizable to all your needs and however you wish for it to work for your firm
CONSThere were some problems during the initial set up but that may also be because of other companies not responding timely which led to delay
