Subito dopo il pagamento iniziano i guai: per ritardi totalmente imputabili a loro implementano il gestionale delle camere soltanto quasi tre mesi dopo il pagamento. Per l'altro gestionale ci dicono di non poter iniziare prima di settembre. Poi, dopo aver iniziato a pagare la società terza che si occupa dell'implementazione, scopriamo che il gestionale in questione non dialoga con gli altri due. Inizia una serie di rimpalli, nessuno si assumen la responsabilità, non rispondono nè al telefono nè alle pec, nè a nulla. Non abbiamo ancora risolto il problema. Oggi mi dicono che comunque anche se non abbiamo mai utilizzato il gestionale i canoni pagati fino ad oggi non ce li rimborseranno.
