Intuitive, customizable, easy to implement and use.

Implementation was relatively easy with assistance in training and importation by MASS Grp. On going development and customization of reports and functionality was facilitated by MASS Grp with updates in later versions. Support is timely and individualistic understanding of and a sense of co-vested partnership in success of use beyond sale of product. Investment made by MASS Grp to address delayed response issues and to ensure expansion as we grew our usage. Cost structure remained in check despite comparative CMMS pricing runaways.

PROS

Implementation was relatively easy with help from MASS Grp implementation and training team. The Fields, layered window structure that allows drilling down for details from any screen, effective detailed asset management, structured intuitive custom reporting as needed in the industry - MTTR, MTBF, OEE, etc. The notification and subscription to reports feature keeps everyone informed. Realtime Downtime Data reporting.

CONS

Mobile platform needs further development in order to function effectively as a mobile app, and ease of use across all mobile platform.

Reasons for switching to TME CMMS

Ineffectiveness, hard to use and inability to extract data through reporting and notifications.

Agilent Microarray TME review - Asset Tracking

Our overall experience has been positive, and much of that is due to the support from Massgroup, they are top notch when it comes to customer service. Often we have solutions to problems within an hour, especially if we let them know they are critical.

PROS

TEM is very good at make sure that we track completion of PMs and unscheduled work, this is critical in the medical device industry. The ability to generate a report for almost any data is also a big positive.

CONS

I would like to see more flexibility in the customization of the software, this would improve our ability to fit it to our specific needs.

Asset Module

Very configurable, excellent customer service/interfacing. We currently utilize inventory and asset module and have found the inventory module more in-line with our needs than the asset module.

PROS

The module is very configurable. Theirs a plethora of options we currently are not using but could someday find very helpful. The system allows for unique individual IDs of each asset, tracking of its preventive maintenance, and calibration events, and location history.

CONS

You cannot add documents directly to an asset ID. The document first needs to uploaded to a document repository before it can be linked. Asset calibration status is not forward facing enough for our use, the information is available but you have to dive down a few levels into an asset's record.

Hard to navigate and construct reports. Difficult to update comments in some screens.

Simple to use Cal/PM database - easy to run reports from too

We used TME to solve our problem of not having a database for our equipment. TME puts all the data in one system, which is backed up. TME is easy to use and has kept us from getting audit findings - thanks

PROS

Easy to use and update as needed. Data load was easy with the help of the MassGroup team. Support when needed. We were on our own is a very short period of time. Love it for what we need, which is a master Cal/PM database.

CONS

The most difficult part of the software for my team is the local admin for the software sits in another time zone, so we sometimes have a hard time getting what we need from our internal resources.

Reason for choosing TME CMMS

Sister site runs the software and they loved it, so we moved too.

Reasons for switching to TME CMMS

SAP was time consuming to use and required a much higher level of training for the staff using it. Total - total lack of support from my company to maintain the software. If I am going to be on an island without support I don't want to be running SAP. Avoid unless your company truly supports SAP with a large large team.

awesome system

PROS

Very user friendly. Easy to train others on how to use the work order and look for reports. Looking to use the inventory shortly.

CONS

Don't have much to say about it other than we don't use all the other functions yet. Just the work orders and reports.

TME CMMS - Full Featured Equipment Tracking

Our overall experience with TME CMMS has been extremely positive. The software meets all of our needs and the support team is superb. There are many features that support analyzing and improving process performance

PROS

This software makes it easy to track equipment preventive maintenance and repairs. The reporting tools make it easy to generate customized reports to assess factory performance.

CONS

We would like to configure pull down menus to allow selection of customized reason codes when putting tools "Down" from production.

Reason for choosing TME CMMS

We chose TME for its ease of use.

TME CMMS - Great product for the money

PROS

Asset management, work orders, and mobile usage. This has allowed us to streamline procedures

CONS

We have had no issues with this product. Mass Group technical support has been very responsive to our needs.

TME has a lot of add on features and is very user friendly

PROS

Most features were set up to easily run reports and collect data when needed.

CONS

The ability to retrieve historical data.
