Pros:

TrackOnline has a decent amount of customization possibilities in reports and the web interface to tailor it to our business needs. We can maintain the integration with our ERP-system by ourselves, with API-calls and an automatic file importer.The migration from the predecessing software "Avalanche" was well coordinated and went without any issues.

Cons:

In the first months of using the software, we dit encounter some issues with long loading/refresh times of the webpages and a few bugs that shouldn't be present in a production environment. Customer Support did respond quickly to the issues though.

Pros:

TrackOnline is the platform to manage returnable transport items like: carts, plates, barrels, plastic pallets or roll cages. It includes all functionalities for proper asset management like: Location management, Tripmanagement, Geofence transactions, Rent calculations & financial data. Furthermore a real plus is that is really user friendly and can be applied to various industries.

Cons:

No real specifics cons so far for TrackOnline.
