Pros/Cons
Pros
- Tradogram's customer service is outstanding. I love how you can instantly chat with a representative and all your previous chats are saved in the bubble and also emailed to you after.
- The Software does this job effective and cloud solution helps on the ease with which we can get the whole organization on Tradogram. The product has a nice demarcation for goods and services offered.
- The fields are easy to fill in- it prompts me quickly to what I need to do next, or what I've missed. I like having a draft and the dashboard is super helpful.
Cons
- It is also impossible to remove a wrong attached document. You will need to delete everything just to replace a document uploaded by mistake.
- We have tens of thousands of items (part numbers), and trying to download to CSV to view the data is a struggle.
- It is impossible to add an expense line i.e. the expense line we submitted may not be all-encompassing therefore, some expenses are put under wrong expense lines.
Pros
- It is a very good application for beginners, I would surely recommend it to someone who is interested, due to the many tools it offers and how easy it is to use.
- My overall experience with Zip has been very good. I love working with their support and our employees engage with the solution at a relatively high level.
- The easy deployment of the tool is of great importance. Not having to use a 3rd party implementation team is a huge cost-saving component of why Zip won our business.
Cons
- No sharable reports make it a pain for each user to create the same filtered view.
- Sometimes it makes mistakes while making categories and catalogues.
- There aren't many things to mention here as far as dislikes.
