Cons: Ease of integration will likely vary on your individual businesses systems abilities. Traverse worked with us through each of these unique aspects, but that process is can be reasonably complicated bringing IT teams together, but worth the effort once the integration solutions are found. The team is extremely knowledgeable. The tool allows us to identify which vendors are driving problems and then recoup the costs of that extra labor at our warehouses. We can also work with those vendors on future improvements to help with warehouse efficiency. Cons: Customization comes at a cost, and Traverse should share what their other customers have done so that all can utilize that functionality. Reasons for choosing Traverse Platform We felt that our support level would be better since Traverse is a smaller company and their main focus was vendor compliance at the time.
