Operations Management made customizable for your need

Unioncrate has felt more like family and a part of our SOUND team rather than a vendor/partner which is, in my opinion, the most valuable trait in working with people!

Pros

Unioncrate's dashboard and entire UI is very intuitive and easy to use. It has been a complete game changer for my company, especially when it comes to handling our supply chain and inventory. I no longer need to bounce from one excel sheet to another or worry about human error when demand planning which is a huge weight of my shoulders!

Cons

Any features I felt were missing have either been added in updates or are on the docket to be added down the line. I think that's one of my favorite things about working with Unioncrate...they're open to feedback and customizing their software to meet our needs!

Many factors went into this decision including cost and overall experience but the biggest factor was the level of comfort and open communication the Unioncrate team gave right out the gate!

Great platform - definitely needs to mature a little bit more but is getting there

The platform has a lot of connections already established and in place with a lot of the big players in the retail space. If there is a connection that doesn't exist yet, they have a great team of people who are always willing to help get that quickly created for you. The platform

Cons

When we first onboarded with Unioncrate, it was still in it's beginning phases and understandably lacking on a lot of features. However, the platform has come along in a huge way and they continue to release new features on a consistent basis and really listen to the feedback that is provided to help improve the platform.

UnionCrate Review

I would recommend this platform.

Pros

I like the ability to work along side UC (UnionCrate) members to work to solution that may arise. They are very quick and response and are able to build a platform that is right for you. As for features, The ability to track the flow of orders and place lot information is fantastic. Also, being able to pair it with quickbooks is a plus which allows you to very money flow and inventory flow.

Cons

We did find some weak spots regarding searchability and some multi lot code issues but UC was able to listen and get to work on solutions.

Efficiency is the name of the game!

Seamless, all information is in 1 place, helps to understand our customers better

Pros

Streamlined our order processing, pick, pack, ship and most importantly our cash flow. Easy integration with Quickbooks online helped us improve cashflow by over 7 days. Oh yea, we saved a ton of money on EDI connections too! Instead of spending close to $400 per, we spend $1 per!

Cons

Nothing really, if we had problems, we would share with them and within a couple of weeks the feature or issue was fixed

Amazing Customer Service

Pros

The automation of many features speeds up my daily tasks. In addition to this, the customer support team is there whenever I need any help or back-end data. Great people to work with!

Cons

I wish there was the ability to mass confirm/batch products. This would save time when there is a large order volume.

They really listen and are willing to help!!!

All of the experiences I have had, have been pleasant and productive. They are willing to listen and make necessary changes to the system to give you the functionality you need to do your day to day tasks. They are willing to answer all of my questions and help me understand how a process works inside of UC.

Pros

The ability to get ahold of the team at Union Crate if you have any questions. They are responsive and very willing to take the time to walk you through a process or listen to requests you might have to make the software more initiative.

Cons

There are a few standard functions that were not there originally; but know they are adding them to up coming updates.
