I have made this suggestion many times. They need to link the work order request number to the actual work order. Same as when you create a P.O. from a request into an actual P.O.
Make sure all of the function suit your needs. Adust them to work best for your organization

The product is continuously improved with each update and the support from Verian is great. They have the resources and expertise of a large company, with the accessability of a much smaller organization.
While there is a lot of documentation with each upgrade or system improvement, it is sometimes overwhelming. A more simplistic explanation or guide would at times be helpful.
Be sure to get the input all employee levels when evaluating this type of software. Some functionalilty that might seem logical for purchasing staff may not always be as easy for other end users to understand. A good system will have a user friendly interface on the front end with powerful and in depth analytics on the back end.

I like the ease of use and the willingness of the Verian team to work with us to create a product that fits our needs.
there are a few functions i'd like to see made easier - navigation things. NOT a major issue at all.
Make sure you have a team on your side that is willing to listen to the Verian team and look at maybe changing the way you currently do things when you implement rather than customizing Verian to meet your current architecture.
