I have honestly liked everything about this product.
I recommend offering a training session and an additional training session for all users. While this is similar to an online shopping experience, there may be users with different computer skill sets. Offering a second training session or "ask me anything" session will help the adoption process because the users will feel more comfortable using the system. The "ask me anything" session offers users a chance for Q&A after they have used the system. Change can be difficult for some and having support is really important.
