Pros/Cons
Pros
- Brilliant, we've been with them for 4-5 years now after switching from Log me in as they put their prices up just as we expanded our team, ISL were great to deal with.
- Has the ability to take full admin access as well which is great for those locked down scenarios. The new iOS/Android option is fantastic for supporting mobile apps.
- I like the Cost- and the ease of use of this tool. I started with using the prepaid version and later on used the subscription, the change to the latter product was seamless, Excellent.
Cons
- Launching the software by clients is difficult; it just stops when the money runs out usually when i am on the client system and i dont know until i find the email warning me.
- Occasional trouble with admin rights on domain-based user login PCs.
- I got a bit confused about how to make the unattended-access feature work, but I'll get back to that.
Pros
- I set all my clients up with this if they want a reliable, easy to use remote desktop software. The app for iPad is super intuitive and it makes for a great travel.
- Super happy that there is a tool like this that exists. We would use it daily and it was good to have access to remote CPU's.
- I am able to access my work e-mail and my PC desktop. I feel like I am sitting at my desk at work and one of the really great features is the ability to print from my desktop to my printer at home.
Cons
- My only dislike is that I have to leave my PC on since this works on individual PC's versus a VPN on a server.
- Billing is inflexible - the auto-renew is difficult to stop.
- The size of the font is small, making it difficult to see sometimes. It does seem to be a hassle at times to log in (have to go through 2 logins).
