I like the ability to customize the configuration and use Cisco Email Security appliance as an email gateway. Additionally, the spam filter and quarantine capability is much recommended.

If you delete from the Spam Quarantine ( as opposed to your inbox )  , you often have to click a couple of times on Delete before the command is registered.
