  • Pros

  • It is focused around user understanding and with a very unique approach to sandboxing. The support is super efficient and very helpful.
  • There is not just one aspect that I like about the application, there are several, but certainly the reliability and ease of management are really great.
  • Both we and our customers are very happy with the product. It adds an important and reliable layer of security to the managed security services we supply.
  • Cons

  • I have been using it for years, and on the most diverse types of customers. None of the customers who have adopted it have ever suffered an attack by mail.
  • In the past, I had to fiddle around with Content Compliance rules in GSuite. I was constantly playing wack a mole and it was extremely frustrating when email threats would still reach end-users.
  • Only a very minor complaint I have is that the interface looks a little dated.

  • We’ve been using sendgrid for more than 6 months now for our clients and we’ve seen amazing results with it. We’ve seen a conversion lift of somewhere between 10-12% which is great.
  • Reliable, excellent delivery rates, clean API - I like 'em. Have used for years including Pre-Twilio acquisition, and still good service.
  • Sendgrid has an awesome service for email marketing and transactional emails. It works 100% of the time, the support is amazing and it even gives you a free plan that will serve most people.
  • Cons

  • The contact calculation is confusing. Difficult to delete contacts, Extremely bad customer service experience.
  • Sometimes things fail and can take a while to get to the bottom of, some of the reporting feels lack lustre and limited given the volume of emails we send.
  • As a utility integration that the rest of our software depends on, this is wholly unacceptable. Imagine your product, and imagine that 1% of emails your product sends just randomly fail.
