It protects all of your documents from viruses

It is one of the best antivirus in the market. It protects your computer from any corner.

Pros

This tool has been protecting my mac book, smartphone and a laptop from the viruses whenever am browsing some information from various websites. It automatically detects any suspicious file in the gadget and protects your gadget from any damage. I like how it is easy to install in any of the above gadget. Whenever a new hardware is connected to my computer AVG antivirus automatically scan it to ensure no malware enters into the machine.

Cons

The cost of the premium software is higher, making many small traders unable to afford it.

Protection

While using AVG Internet Security I was always left with the feeling of my personal information being protected by e best of the best.

Pros

What I liked most about this program is the software updates.Everyday a new virus is created and everyday Avast updates it's data base to be aware of old and new computer viruses.

Cons

What I like least is that the full scan option tends to slow down my PC.

AVG is quite a good product

The principle of operation of AVG Internet Security Business Edition is provided not by one system of protection, but by several. Therefore, working in the network, You can not worry about your personal computer and not be afraid to lose personal data.

Pros

In our age of technology security is in the first place. I would like to highlight AVG as a comprehensive software product that will provide complete security from spyware, virus products, network threats. The antivirus product will block any attempts to infiltrate Trojans, worms, viruses and other malicious modules. Built-in firewall provides full protection against intrusion from the network. I would also like to note its simple and intuitive interface that significantly reduces the time for its development and training costs of employees. Can not but rejoice at its modest consumption of system resources.

Cons

Not so many disadvantages of this product. It is worth noting that some browser add-ons are not very good. It is worth noting a cut-down cross-platform, for example there is no version for Mac computers.

AVG for consumers

Pros

I've used and have recommended AVG for a number of years to people who plan on paying a lot of money for AV and internet security. Both the free version and paid version of AVG offer the same security and a lot of other providers offer at a much lower rate. Installation is quick and painless and the software is self sustaining, so non-IT people don't have to worry about it updating.

Cons

To many other software offers hidden in the program. If you click on the wrong thing, you'll end up installing other things. Not dangerous software, just software you may not want or need.

AVG Antivirus Business Edition Review and Insight

We installed AVG Antivirus Business Edition for security threat prevention and to ensure that our data are always secure. However, AVG Antivirus Business Edition lacked the authenticity we required for attack limitation.

Pros

I loved the simplicity of AVG Antivirus Business Edition and its affordability. Again, the process of implementing AVG Antivirus Business Edition takes a little time, as it lacks a lot of paper work.

Cons

However, AVG Antivirus Business Edition is not effectively accurate in malware detection and action taking. Besides, AVG Antivirus Business Edition lacks constant updates which means, the evolving security threat might attack your system.

Impressive protection with ease of use and affordability

Pros

AVG Internet Security is a must-have for any computer user. Viruses and malware are ever-present threats, and AVG serves to make internet browsing safe. It will block sites that have been reported as unsafe or that exhibit suspicious behavior (phishing, etc.), and it will let you know each time it does so. In addition, the AVG suite allows you to scan for malware and viruses, so if you combine both the internet security with the computer security, you ensure that you are well-protected from all sides. It's easy to use, easy to set up, and it's easy to run scans or view diagnostic information. You can also check a list of sites that AVG has blocked, and the online shield is customizable as well (if, for instance, a site is erroneously blocked, you can add exceptions to allow access). Overall I highly recommend AVG for both protection and ease of use. You can set it and forget it.

Cons

Sometimes AVG will block sites that are not threats, but you can easily add exceptions.

It Works As It Should

Pros

It seems to do what is suppose to do, which is protect my pc. I have yet to have a real issue or threat overtake my pc in the year I have used this antivirus. It finds plenty of malware and handles it accordingly.

Cons

It does seem to trigger a lot of items as threats, even when they are not, but it is easy to go into the system and mark items as non-threatening. The spam it gives to upgrade the software is rather annoying though.

Must-have for realtime threats

Pros

I've been an AVG user since the early 2000's via a free personal edition release. Then was very please to have worked in a startup which chose AVG business release as the antivirus for the company.

Fast and low usage of system resources is what I love the most. I've tried other antivirus software, and I have felt the tug on my pc usage (both ram and processor). Good that AVG has improved this a lot over time. (I usually check via system monitor).

Also, AVG for me has always been reliable. I have had a few false-positives, but in general we have never been down with a virus on our workstations. It easily captures malicious files we may have downloaded deliberately (or not) from the internet. Also, very handy is the real time protection for external devices especially USBs.

Cons

Nothing much to write here as I'm very much pleased with both the UX and functionality of AVG for Business.

AVG Internet Security

I have enjoyed using this software, everything is pretty straightforward and for basic use, it is fine.

Pros

The most basic free internet security, works as intended and does not bog my system down too much.

Cons

This program does not catch everything but for very basic use, especially if you cannot afford any other software this does the trick.

AVG Easy on the CPU

Pros

AVG is really good since it doesn't bug down a computer like other security software. It does its job without a fuss.

Cons

I don't have a real con. Hiccups that happen have to do with settings. Never really had a huge issue with AVG.

Highly reliable in terms of data privacy comes highly recommended.

Pros

This software offers protection and data privacy of data, option to set and exempt certain websites from access, definition updates are available to improve on security, quarantine suspicious files, removes unwanted or malicious file and even malware.

Cons

Trial version is limited thus you need the premium for full protection and featured system which can be a bit expensive, without updates you are at a risk of infection from newer viruses.

Definitely an option worth considering

AVG was my go-to #1 choice for years. The advertisements started to increase. Then they put out a lot of pressure to use the paid version. The program mistakenly deleted some of my important files, so I switched to Avast. I discovered a quiet, efficient, and even more effective free anti-virus software.

Pros

AVG doesn't "take over" your computer like Norton and McAfee do. It quietly does it's job in the background, and keeps you posted of what's going on.

Cons

AVG used to be #1. There are plenty of wonderful free options out there now, and some of them are just as good for most people's needs as the paid software options. AVG is not the best option out there anymore. For example, Avast is not only free, but offers superb protection and a super streamlined user interface that anyone can benefit from.
